Day of Mourning 2023

Today, the BC Federation of Labour, along with the Workers’ Compensation Board, the Business Council of BC and the Vancouver and District Labour Council co-hosted a Day of Mourning ceremony at Jack Poole Plaza in Vancouver.

Tree Island Steel employees met to reinforce our commitment to creating a safe workplace and paused for a moment of silence for those whom we’ve lost.
